How Our Pre-Order System Works

​Our goal has always been to keep this product as cost-effective as possible for both salons and individual users. Due to rising global manufacturing and shipping costs, combined with new European tariffs, we faced some challenges.

After reviewing all options, we decided to absorb these additional costs ourselves, so no extra charges are passed on to you. By implementing this new pre-order system, we’ve also been able to lower the cost per unit.

To maintain affordability and ensure product freshness, all orders are now made through a pre-order system. Here’s how it works and why it benefits you:

  • Lowest pricing possible: Even while absorbing extra shipping and tariff costs, we can keep your cost per unit as low as possible.
    ​Fresh product: Each order is freshly prepared, with an expiration date of over two years, so you receive the most effective enzyme product.
  • Scheduled pre-orders: We process monthly. All orders must be received by the 1st of each month to be included in that month's batch. Orders placed after the 1st will be processed in the following month.
  • Fast shipping: Orders ship approximately two weeks after each pre-order window closes — and shipping is free of charge.
  • Plan ahead: We recommend keeping at least a two-month supply on hand to ensure you can always meet your customers’ needs.

All enzymes are ordered fresh monthly and have at least a two-year expiration date.
